"After learning the Back Pain Relief Association health principles I have since put it into practice to verify for myself different aspects of what we studied. One of these has been the Bach Flower Remedies or using Hand Positions as being vibrationally equivalent to the flower essences.

At first I was doubtful about such a concept. Anyway something came up so I went through the list of psychological effects in search of relief, such as fear, worry, tension, shock … Shock!
