Since an accident twenty (20) years ago, I have suffered from strain in my left eye, particularly from reading. "In New Zealand we worked on my brother who for several years has had dreadful eczema on his arms, chest and back. He had virtually no hair left on his arms and literally hundreds of red scabby scaly itchy places. He had been to a Naturopath a couple of years earlier who had put him on a meatless, dairy free, wheatless, sugarless, alcohol free, yeastless diet. He stuck to it rigidly for 3 months after which time his skin had recovered to almost perfection – in fact the skin was perfect just the hairs were still growing back. However, the moment he ate anything away from this very strict diet it came back worse than ever. The programme simply wasn’t maintainable.

We decided to see whether we could get his body energies high and balanced to the point where he could eat what he wanted and have good skin. It was a huge success. We treated him every 10-12 days for 3 months after which time his skin was 99% of what it had been on the strict diet but he had been eating all the previously forbidden foods!!

The main ingredients of this programme were 3 – 4 sealine colonics, 8 glasses water per day spread over the day and drunk between meals, monthly Optimising of the large intestine and mobility yin meridians and Bach flowers together with suitable affirmations. Having not experimented with others I cannot say whether it would be generally true but WILLOW for resentment kept coming up over the whole period.

Now that we have left NZ, Martin has continued with water 8 times daily, occasional colonics and a cup of alpine tea (laxative) every 5 – 6 days. His skin continues to improve and he is now regrowing the hairs on his arm. He also reports that “I feel much more like a normal person now though I can’t say exactly how".

"Well I’m finally starting to feel it might be possible to get a handle on the Back Pain Relief Association teaching. It’s a very satisfying feeling when that happens. Actually I’ve only just finished taking notes on the first 4 steps. But its that seeing how for you have come over a certain period of time. And then by extension seeing how far could you go.

It took me two hours using integration (ab-ad) to memorize the Body Clock. So by extension it won’t take up too much of my time to memorize all the relevant stuff which needs to be learnt by rote. And again by extension I should have finished the rate taking of steps 5, 6, 7 by exam time. Steps 9 and 10 may not be done till after the exam. I think the best two steps really need to be experienced to get the feel of it and learn it properly.

Just finished optimising Yang before writing this “weekly report”. It’s great. The first time I found it too much and shook while loading up on it and was quite tense afterwards. But you soon get used to it. I found similar effects with a couple of the lifestyle hand positions. It seems to take me 2 or 3 goes of draining and loading up to comfortably optimise a hand position.

Am dealing with a whole heap of emotional stuff being brought up with the Mask and my Yoga. On the surface am fine if I keep my energy up but below the surface are very turbulent waters. What in the Yoga school that I belong to is called traversing through Swadhizthána. Not that there isn’t “stuff” associated with the other chakras as well. Anyway am making good progress and am very well and hope you are too."
