Easy Steps to Relieving Pain
Pain is a message from a part of your body to your brain. It says “Deal with this now”.
To deal with pain, you need to nourish your body with all different forms of energy from movement of your body, the air you breath, the water you drink the food you digest and the sunlight you receive on a daily basis.
The First Step - Remove All Metal
About 80% of sufferers relieve their pain just by removing all metal from their body, breathing abdominally with an Open Airway™ tongue position(such as the Cramps Relieving Tongue Position™ as illustrated), and sipping pure water.
The Second Step - To Breathe More Deeply
As a rule, human beings do not breathe very well. We start off breathing as babies naturally and deeply. As life progresses we breathe more shallowly.
The following video demonstrates a more conscious breathing system, and when we breathe deeply to nourish our bodies with oxygen.
The Third Step - Drink Good Quality Water
It's this simple. Please drink between two to three litres (4 to 6 pints) of pure water a day.
The Fourth Step - Remove any Polyester Clothing
So first try movement. Remove constriction to allow movement. This means remove your belt, shoes, bra and anything else that’s tight, as well as synthetic clothing, which gives you a static field (“electromagnetic pollution”).
Wear natural fibres – the best, of course, is organic cotton or hemp.
The Six Step - Healthy Diet
Back Pain Relief Association affirms that you can reverse any condition because your body changes all of its cells every seven years. Back, neck and joint pain can be more effectively managed and medication may no longer be required if a healthy lifestyle is adopted.
Control of nutrition which can lead to a reduction in medication and the long term effects of back, neck and joint pain is achievable through a carefully balanced diet and active lifestyle choices. It is imperative that changes to diet and exercise is carefully monitored by your natural health practitioner and regular self-management practices adopted.
We recommend that those with back, neck and joint pain follow a vegan diet of mostly raw, alkaline foods, avoid highly acidic foods such as meat, fish or dairy products and consume as much fruit and vegetables as you like in the proportion one third fruit to two thirds vegetables.
We do not endorse specific restrictive diets as it is important that balance is achieved and long term lifestyle changes are maintained. Current acidic diets can be very difficult to maintain and back, neck and joint pain requires a lifelong commitment to a healthier lifestyle for effective management.
There are also concerns that acidic diets do not reach the recommended nutritional levels needed for optimum health.
Back, neck and joint pain can be effectively managed even when medication is no longer required. Back, neck and joint pain is still a present medical condition and therefore it must be monitored and considered at all times.
Back Pain Relief Association does endorse a diet that assists in reversing back, neck and joint pain as at present there is a way to heal yourself of it. You can effectively manage back, neck and joint pain through a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
