Back, neck and joint pain is a complex condition, which can affect the entire body. Understanding back, neck and joint pain is important even if you don't have it. You most likely know someone who has back, neck and joint pain; maybe a family member or friend. This is because back, neck and joint pain has reached epidemic proportions globally.

Community awareness of the back, neck and joint pain condition is still surprisingly limited. As a community we need to foster a culture of shared understanding of what back, neck and joint pain is and be part of the solution that turns the back, neck and joint pain epidemic around.

What is Back, Neck and Joint Pain?

Back,neck and joint pain - otherwise known as musculo-skeletal disorder, or MSD - is a chronic dis-ease. This means that it may last for a long time, often for someone's whole life. Twenty percent of twenty year olds, fifty percent of fifty year olds, seventy percent of seventy year-olds have recurring back, neck and joint pain.

For our bodies to work properly we need to support them with good nutrition. An organic, alkaline diet is essential for reducing pain levels and rebuilding bone and other body parts.

In people with back, neck and joint pain breathing is usually poor or not effective enough for the body to heal well.
