In February 2007, the Back Pain Relief Association board approved a new Strategic Plan for the Back Pain Relief Association. This Strategic Plan places people affected by back, neck and joint pain at the centre of all activities undertaken by the Back Pain Relief Association.

In pursuing these priorities, the Back Pain Relief Association is focusing on three key strategies.
- Lead and deliver national activities
- Co-operate with our members and other organisations to share knowledge and resources to add value for people with back, neck and joint pain.
- Access and improve it's performance to be a leading national, not-for-profit, natural health charity.
